Product Introduction 

 The mixing barrel relies on the low-speed rotation of the impeller, allowing the liquid to gain energy. Under the action of the flow guide seat, flow guide ring, and flow guide plate, an axial closed annular flow is formed, resulting in uniform concentration and particle size distribution of the liquid. 

 Technical Features

 The JBT series slurry mixing barrel features low impeller speed, strong mixing force, and quick slurry startup. The slurry being mixed gains energy from the rotating impeller and, under the action of the flow guide seat, flow guide ring, and flow guide plate, forms an axial closed annular flow film moving both top-down and bottom-up. The continuous circulation ensures uniform concentration and particle size distribution of the slurry inside the barrel. This structural design minimizes slurry flow resistance, offers easy maintenance, and has a long service life, making it a commonly used mixing equipment in the domestic market.
